Doula Support That Centers You

Compassionate care designed to meet your needs—physically, emotionally, and beyond.

What Working Together Looks Like

  • One Complimentary Consultation

Finding the right doula is deeply personal, and comfort and connection matter. This free consultation gives us a chance to talk face-to-face, get to know one another, and see if we’re a good fit for your birth team.

  • Two Prenatal Visits

These visits are a chance for us to really connect. We’ll take time to understand your values, preferences, and what kind of support feels most helpful to you and your family. Together, we’ll explore birth planning, comfort techniques, labor positions, and what to expect in different birth settings—whether hospital, home, or birth center. We’ll also walk through ways your partner or support person can feel confident and involved.

  • Ongoing Support

From the moment we decide to work together until after baby arrives, I’m here. You’ll have access to me via email, text, or phone for questions, encouragement, and anything that might come up along the way.

  • Labor Support

From 37 to 42 weeks, I’ll be on call and ready when you are. I’ll join you when you need, and offer steady, continuous support throughout your labor. That includes:

    • Emotional reassurance and grounding presence

    • Creating a calming, supportive birth environment

    • Suggestions to support labor progress—through breath, movement, position changes, and more

    • Hands-on comfort like massage, counter pressure, or heat/cold therapy

    • Support not just for you, but for your partner or team too

  • One Postpartum Visit

I’ll visit you at home within a week or two after birth to check in, hear how things are unfolding, and offer any support I can—whether that’s newborn care tips, feeding guidance, emotional check-ins, or simply a listening ear.

Investment & Fee Structures

I believe birth support should be available to everyone—regardless of income or circumstance. To help make this care more accessible, I offer a sliding scale based on family income, using the Santa Clara County Area Median Income (AMI) chart as a guide.

Here’s what that looks like:

  • Under 60% AMI – $2,200

  • 60%–100% AMI – $2,500

  • Above 100% AMI – $2,800

To find your range, take a look at your household size and annual income using the AMI chart.

Birth support should be available for everyone, and unfortunately, I know it’s something not everyone can afford. The above is a guide, but ultimately I trust that you’ll be able to best determine what you can pay. If you are experiencing financial hardship or other extenuating circumstances, please reach out to discuss rate options and payment plans. Barter and trade offers welcome too!

*The base fee includes up to 12 hours of labor support, all services listed above. If labor support exceeds 12 hours, additional time will be billed at $100/hour.

Optional Add-On Services

FAQs

Have more questions? Send me a message!

  • A doula provides continuous physical, emotional, and informational support throughout pregnancy and birth. I’m here to help you prepare for labor, navigate decisions, and feel held throughout your journey—whether that’s through breathwork, comfort techniques, or just a steady, calming presence.

  • Not at all! A doula supports your birth, your way. Whether you plan to use pain medication, have a scheduled C-section, or are hoping for a home birth, my role is to help you feel informed, empowered, and cared for every step of the way.

  • Midwives and OB-GYNs are medical professionals responsible for clinical care and decision-making during labor. A doula is non-medical—we’re focused on emotional and physical support, and we’re with you throughout your entire labor, even when providers may rotate or change shifts.

  • Yes! I love supporting partners just as much as the birthing person. I help guide them in ways they can be involved and confident, whether it’s offering comfort techniques, holding space, or simply taking a break when needed.

  • Any time is a great time, but many families choose to hire a doula in the second or early third trimester so we have time to build trust and prepare together. That said, even if it’s weeks before your due date— reach out! We’ll see what we can do :)

  • Yes, absolutely. I offer a free initial consultation so we can meet, chat about your hopes for birth, and see if we’re a good fit. This journey is personal, and I want you to feel completely comfortable with who you choose to have by your side.
